The item is counterfeit (fake, non-brand imitation).
Please review the following image showing detailed comparisson of actual item (left) and fakes (right) http://www.denso-am.ru/media/383596/fake_sp_ru.jpg
For example:
1. The writing "DENSO" on the spark plug is full print and not dot-print.
2. The central electrode is missing the counterpart (on the top against it, raised surface) - please take a look at this picture https://e-a.d-cd.net/2499f8as-960.jpg
There are other indicators as well, but those should be plenty.

There are 2 options that I see:
1) You refund it in full. I will send the item back, but I will also be reporting the item as fake to eBay.
2) You send me actual brand version of the item and cover the shipping cost of the return. In that case I will not be reporting you.

Let me know what route you want to take.

I have one question:
When you are saying " The writing "DENSO" on the spark plug is full print and not dot-print" you mean the sign on the metal part or insulator?
