You have a little bit newer generation of navigation system - new GUI and new password, none of us have such new lexus...
So we have no way to update your system...
If you want to be first, follow next steps: (no any warranties!!!)
1) unlock your drive (reset password) with hardware tool
2) make a backup
3) copy all to the same size hitachi / toshiba / fujitsu HDD without strong hardware crypting protection (generic notebook HDDs)
4) install and try to start with new HDD
5) if OK - read with technician real HDD password
6) make it free-accessible on forums and some people will help you to update HDD navi info from update DVDs
here is prius users who can't test any ideas on your system...
